Nevin Shetty


Nevin Shetty, Managing Director at SierraConstellation Partners, provides interim management and operational and financial advisory services to underperforming companies and companies in transition. Mr. Shetty has served in challenging leaderships roles across various industries including financial services, technology and retail companies.

Prior to joining SCP, Mr. Shetty served as Chief Partnerships Officer at David’s Bridal, the leading bridal and special occasion retailer in the United States. Mr. Shetty focused on digital transformation at the national retailer which included partnership strategy, marketing strategy, technology infrastructure, and the digital product.

Prior to David’s Bridal, Mr. Shetty was the Chief Executive Officer of Blueprint Registry, a digital first commerce platform where he oversaw all marketing, technology, finance and operations. Mr. Shetty managed and lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of all initiatives to ensure top and bottom-line growth. Over four years, sales grew 22% MoM and eclipsed $30M with no institutional capital. Blueprint Registry was acquired in 2018.

  • Financial advisor to national yoga studio operator going through a 363 sale process under a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. He provided the formerly public company with financial and operational restructuring advisory services to streamline the transition from brick-and-mortar studios to digital only classes. Key areas of focus included migrating to new accounting system, improving reporting capabilities, and developing best in class KPIs for digital companies including segment performance, churn rate, and subscriber metrics.
  • Chief Partnerships Officer at a national specialty retailer. Implemented and executed vertical integration strategy to increase digital sales and improve EBITDA margins. Developed initiatives to close online feature gaps, generate new acquisition sources, and improve conversion rates. Created frameworks, work practices, and processes to enable innovative and agile project execution.
  • CEO of ecommerce technology company. Developed and implemented the companies first revenue model and negotiated agreements with multiple multi-national corporations. Recruited and built the executive leadership including CTO and VP of Customer Experience. Ran a successful acquisition process resulting in 2 term sheets and 3 acquisition offers.
  • CFO and COO a NYC based global hedge fund. Worked with Founder to scale all financial, operational, human resource, and legal infrastructure. Developed systematic fundraising process – started at $0, Fund now manages over $2B AUM.
