LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SierraConstellation Partners, LLC (SCP), an interim management and advisory firm to middle-market companies in transition, announced today that it has hired Tim Bossidy as a Director in the firm’s Los Angeles office, and has promoted three key team members as part of its ongoing growth.

Before joining SCP, Bossidy was an Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, equity transactions and debt financing. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Bossidy worked as a credit analyst at The Travelers Companies, where he covered high yield and investment grade bonds across the oil and gas and municipal sectors. Bossidy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and English from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In the past 12 months, SCP’s headcount has expanded by more than 20 percent. In addition to its Los Angeles headquarters, the firm opened an office in Houston in 2016 and has been building a strong presence in the southwest under the leadership of Drew McManigle.
