Stefanie Russo

Chief of Staff to the CEO

Stefanie Russo, Chief of Staff to the CEO at SierraConstellation Partners, wears many hats, including goalkeeper, operator, implementer, integrator, proxy, and trusted advisor. Ms. Russo has been with the firm since its inception in 2013 and has experience working in various industries, including professional consulting services, executive search, health, wellness and fitness, consumer goods, and retail.

Prior to SCP, Stefanie was Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and regional leader of Conway MacKenzie, a restructuring and financial advisory firm to the middle-market. In that capacity, she was responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of regional operations. Ms. Russo’s prior work experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant for C-Level executives at Heidrick and Struggles, Herbalife International, Mattel and DFS.

Stefanie is active in several Executive Assistant organizations as well as the notable Chief of Staff Association.

Heather Pergola

Senior Human Resources Generalist

Heather Pergola, Senior Human Resources Generalist at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and many other HR initiatives.

Heather joins us from an AmLaw firm, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Having worked mainly in the area of human resources for the legal industry, she is familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and team member lifecycle events. She is also experienced in partnering with managers, providing superior customer service, and upholding department operations at the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Heather earned her B.A. from Adelphi University in New York and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Heather McCain

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Heather spent nine years at Amazon, serving as an Executive Assistant supporting leaders across multiple global organizations in Seattle and Nashville. She managed complex executive calendars, coordinated high-level meetings and events, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, and supported strategic initiatives across diverse business units. She became known for driving operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and anticipating the needs of executive leadership in fast-paced environments.

In addition to her executive support experience, she also served as a Program Manager at Amazon, working closely with senior leadership on global strategic initiatives and organizational alignment. In that capacity, she supported enterprise-level programs by leveraging data, AI, and structured governance to improve decision-making, strengthen reporting rigor, and enable scalable execution. Her work included contributions to operational performance initiatives and initiatives that improved content safety and reduced toxic exposure for over 30,000 employees, as well as building frameworks to enhance cross-functional collaboration and organizational effectiveness.

Heather's experience spans executive support, organizational planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, and event execution. She has partnered closely with senior leaders to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and foster effective communication across global teams.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where she studied Healthcare Management.

Heather is excited to bring her experience, professionalism, and passion for organizational excellence to SierraConstellation Partners and looks forward to contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.

Elizabeth Knapp

Senior Executive Assistant

Elizabeth Knapp, Senior Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Lynch, is responsible for administrative matters in SierraConstellation Partners’ Boston office. She has worked in multiple industries, including supply-chain services, cybersecurity, and medical device manufacturing.

Prior to SCP, Elizabeth was executive assistant to the CEO and leadership team of OnProcess Technology, Inc., specialists in post-sale value chain, digitizing and streamlining service and supply chain processes. In this role, she was responsible for the daily administrative aspects of the headquarter office and the requested requirements of the leadership team. Elizabeth’s prior work experience also includes serving as an executive assistant for C-Level executives at RSA, the Security Division of EMC in the Product and Corporate Marketing departments, and Boston Scientific Corporation, Inc., supporting Strategic Planning, Finance, Engineering, and Global Facilities and Security.

Jessica Recarey

Executive Assistant

Jessica Recarey, an Executive Assistant at SCP, provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Business Development, David Bitterman, as well as other team members as needed. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Recently, Jessica received her Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE). Earning a PACE certification enables one to demonstrate their depth of knowledge, expertise, and commitment and positions them as a highly credible professional who is serious about their career in the administrative field.

Before joining SCP, Jessica worked as an Assistant in the restaurant industry. In this capacity, she directly supported the CFO, and was responsible for planning and orchestrating events.

Diane Massey

Senior Director of Finance & Accounting

Diane Massey, Senior Director of Finance & Accounting at SierraConstellation Partners, is a finance leader with nearly two decades of experience, specializing in the media industry.  In this role, she brings with her a deep understanding of financial planning, accounting, and operations.  She has a proven track record of driving efficiencies, optimizing financial strategy, and supporting executive decision-making.

Prior to joining SierraConstellation Partners, Diane was a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Warner Bros. Discovery where she worked closely with senior leadership on integration and synergy initiatives, managed a top-performing team responsible for forecasting, budgeting and executive reporting, and played a key role in the automation of processes through system implementations.

Diane is also a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Tracey Sanchez

Finance & Accounting Senior Associate

Tracey Sanchez is a Finance & Accounting Senior Associate at SierraConstellation Partners. Tracey will be a critical member of the Finance and Accounting team and will be helping to drive near term budgeting and forecasts, the tracking and reporting of KPI’s, providing analysis to support decision-making and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives and policies.

Prior to SCP, Tracey held various accounting and finance internships and roles dealing with an array of responsibilities from budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts payable & receivable, billing, invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

Tracy holds an MBA (Accounting & Management) & B.S. (Accounting) from SUNY Oswego.

Tayra Lopez

Senior Accountant

Florida

Tayra Lopez is the Senior Accountant at SierraConstellation Partners. In this role, Tayra brings years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in the food and equipment purchasing franchisee industry. She will play a pivotal role in managing financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. Her expertise includes financial analysis, process improvement, and overseeing the integration of accounting systems for optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Before joining SierraConstellation Partners, Tayra held senior accounting positions in various industries, where she demonstrated her ability to manage budgets, streamline accounting operations, and optimize financial procedures. Tayra is also a CPA candidate and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
