SierraConstellation Partners, LLC (SCP), an interim management and advisory firm to middle-market companies in transition, has been honored by The M&A Advisor, the world’s premier leadership organization for mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate finance professionals, with a Turnaround Award for Distressed M&A Deal of the Year of between $50 million and $100 million. The award recognizes SCP’s work on the Chapter 11 sale of Katy Industries, during which SCP served as Chief Restructuring Officer for the company.
