Edward Shine, a Senior Director based in Boston, Massachusetts, has over 10 years of experience providing turnaround and restructuring advisory services, with deep expertise in financial analysis, liquidity management, and operational improvement. He has advised distressed companies, lenders, and stakeholders through complex situations, supporting both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. His experience includes developing 13-week cash flow models, integrated forecasts, and liquidity plans, as well as translating financial data into clear, actionable insights to support critical decision-making in high-pressure environments.

Mr. Shine has worked across a range of industries, leading engagements focused on stabilizing operations, improving cash flow performance, and enhancing profitability. He brings a hands-on approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements, while managing cross-functional teams to deliver results across multiple concurrent engagements.

Prior to joining SierraConstellation Partners, Mr. Shine was a Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring group at PKF O’Connor Davies, where he led complex restructuring engagements. Earlier in his career, he held senior advisory roles at Clear Thinking Group. He also spent several years at Staples in accounting and finance leadership roles, where he led close processes, supported U.S. retail operations, and delivered executive-level reporting while strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements.

Mr. Shine holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
