McKenzie Figueiredo, Marketing Director at SierraConstellation Partners, is a marketing leader with more than a decade of experience specializing in marketing for professional and financial services. In this role, she oversees the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy and works closely with senior leadership to strengthen the brand and market positioning, support business development, and drive growth.

Prior to joining SierraConstellation Partners, McKenzie was a Marketing Director at FTI Consulting, where she led marketing for the firm’s global Private Equity industry and U.S. Corporate Finance Healthcare business. In this capacity, she developed and executed integrated marketing strategies spanning content, messaging, digital marketing, events, and business development enablement, and built the marketing infrastructure and processes to scale the function.

McKenzie holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Media Arts from the University of Georgia.
