Brian Masunda, a Senior Associate at SierraConstellation Partners, brings a wealth of experience in investment banking, financial consulting and public accounting to his role in providing financial and operational advisory services to companies navigating periods of underperformance or transition.

Prior to joining SCP, Brian worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology & Services Group at Baird Global Investment Bank, playing a key role in executing transactions for middle-market companies, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises.

Before transitioning to investment banking, Brian cultivated his analytical acumen at Analysis Group, a leading economic and financial consulting firm, where he provided critical support to expert witnesses in high-stakes corporate litigation by conducting rigorous financial analyses and preparing detailed reports in intricate legal disputes.

Brian began his career in public accounting at Deloitte, where he was a financial statement auditor for publicly traded companies across various industries in the U.S. and in Canada.

Brian holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
