Kevin Santos, an Associate at SierraConstellation Partners, provides financial and operational advisory services to both underperforming companies and companies in transition.
Prior to joining SCP, Kevin co-founded a finance and accounting solutions firm where he focused on building offshore full-service accounting teams that supported US-based companies. He was also a Senior Financial Analyst at a private roofing & solar construction firm where he developed and maintained financial models, created budget and forecasting tools, and led ERP implementation efforts. Kevin started his career as a Financial Analyst at a public global media company, where he managed financial reporting of new and existing film, television, and online media production and distribution products.
In 2021, Kevin won the 15th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Award under the category of ‘Information Technology Deal of the Year’ for his work with Wave Computing.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, where he majored in Management Science. He also successfully completed ACG’s Middle-Market Certification program. Kevin grew up in the Philippines and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Refinancing and sale process of a food and beverage distributor. Responsibilities include maintaining the 13-week cash flow, analyzing inventory, updating financial models, and overall operating and project support.
- Financial modeling support for a medical device manufacturer. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the 13-week cash flow, creating forecast models, and transition services.
- Ongoing business operations and bankruptcy case support. Responsibilities include developing and analyses of the 13-week cash flow, bankruptcy reporting and schedules, disbursements tracking, and communicating with vendors.
